FAQ

What should we wear?
I always think layers and textures in coordinating colors show off your family's personal style the best. AVOID all matching (such as white shirts and jeans).  You are all different people - why would you all dress the same?  Also avoid logos and lettering, as well as busy patterns that could distract from the photos.  A quick search on Pinterest can help get you started in the right direction!
What should we bring?
For family and/or children photo sessions: a special toy or lovey, a small snack and water and an outfit change if you are interested. Please make sure your little one has been fed and had a nap and a chance to wake up before the session.  I've never met a little one who wanted to wake up with a camera in their face, so be sure that the time we choose works for your family.
How long does the photo shoot session last?
The actual session usually lasts about 1 hour.  With children especially, it can be hard to keep their attention for anything longer.  Let's chat about specific shots that are important to you so we can make sure we get them before the kiddos get too tired.
How do we book you?
Simply let me know you would like to book a photo shoot sessioning for through my contact page or my Facebook page.  Sessions are usually done on the weekends during the early morning hours or before sunset.
When will I receive my photos?
About 2 weeks for a full family session.  I will usually post a sneak peek photo of the session on my gblo and/or Facebook page within a few days of your session. You will receive a signed release for all of the photos from the digital download. This allows you to make prints yourself - and I will give you some recommendations on where to have them printed.  Also, if you are looking to have prints from a professional lab or large prints such as canvases made, I can order those for you as well.  Just contact me for additional pricing.
